Reserving the property and deposit

If, after viewing the property you would like to purchase, the reserve deposit must be paid in full, in the amount of 5% of the agreed sale price as soon as possible to hold the property until the appointment is made to publicly sign for the title deeds once monies are received by the seller/owner.
