Bullring in Ronda - 1 hr 30 minutes from Rute.

Spectacular at 9 euros entry. 

Half way to Ronda you'll find a train station to all destinations, situated in Antequera. 40 minutes from Rute by bus or car.

Magaleta beach, Malaga. Close to the port and the city centre. Bicycle wats and a large bus station and train station.

A beautiful Townhouse

This beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom townhouse with roof terrace and its stunning views of the sunset and town is situated in the very popular Andalucian town of Rute, the province of Cordoba. 

It is on 3 floors which consist of 1 basement set out wuth a large double sofa bed to sleep, read, watch tv and you can even eat a meal with views of the nice little garden outside via a dinner table and 4 chairs, which aside is a small but lovely fitted square kitchen with electric fan oven and gas hob and brand new gas boiler.

The gas hob and boiler are functional with gas bottles you can purchase from the repsol delivery guy on Tuesdays and Fridays at 9am in the mornings at a cost of 19 euros per bottle. They are orange in colour or alternatively you can purchase 1 at the nearest petrol garage for 17 euros which is approx 5 minute by car. The gas bottle is securely and safely connected to the correct instalation pipes inside the kitchen cupboard underneath the double chrome sink  and as you will see from the kitchen photograph the pipes reach all the way to the brand new boiler in a secure and safe way. The other cupboard leaves plenty of room in the next door for storage. 1 gas bottle would last you approximately 1 month, depending how much you cook, using the gas hob or how much hou use the hot water. Personally i only use hot water for a shower when its not too hot, otherwise i use fresh cold water to cool off.

The boiler must not be touched in any way as it is correctly regulated to perfection.

The council tax per annum us 143 euros.

On the 1st floor you will find, one main double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, with large wardrobes and a single bed, 1 bathroom with sink, toilet and large shower space. Up onto the 3rd floor you will find a utility room/rest/sleep room with storage and terrace furniture, next to this opens out onto a large roof terrace with panoramic views of The town and hillside with a beautiful sunset every evening to enjoy a meal, to relax at your leisure. Tucked away in Rute where there are shops, cafes, restaurants and bars to enjoy a quiet holiday aswell as a large supermarket just a 2 minute walk and through a lovely town garden where you will find bars and restaurants and live bands to sit outside and enjoy there is also another small local supermarket, which is open on Sundays. Outdoor concerts from time to time within the local fiestas of Rute too.

My house is just a 5 minute walk from a new Olympic sized outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, and bar. A 20 minute drive to Izanajar, a lovely lake and man-made beach with waterworks, chringuitos and restaurants with beautiful views of the surrounding mountainside.

A 50 minute drive to Malaga airport, malaga beaches znd port, 1 hr and a half from Marbella, torremollinos, 2 hrs drive to Gibralter, 40 minutes to Antequera, Saville and Granada and Rute also offers a bus service too. If you like to hike or cycle its a couple of hours away to Izanajar through the mountainside and along the roads. Lucena is a larger city and is also just a 25 minute from Rute where you can catch buses to all destinations.
